1.a There is an Obligation to sign again  the WKTA ´s

DSGVO-Information Paper   bevore taking Part.

Official Scoring-System:

1.b Official Target Faces 2015. In the Announcements and the Descriptions

some Measures may dervate from the last State.

The  definitive correct Measures are noticed here:

PAPER, DIN-A-3,  Canal 2 cm

TAMESHIGIRI, strong, heavy watered Bamboo. 

ROPE,  swinging, long , wooden Weights

To cut an one- or more Edge-Ropes, cut is a Foul with 0 Points for this part

TOWEL, Standard,  Mark 1 cm x 6 cm, Cut down 70 cm, Mark Stop-Field 6 cm x 6 cm

Last Round Counts double.

To cut the Time-Rope first, and let out Parts of the Round, is a Double Foul,

with 0 Points for the whole Round

Maximum Score: 11 Points. Last Round Maximum Score: 22 Points.

2. 1 The Judges can stop a Round at any time

2. 2 A WKTA-Judge must be

sanctionised by the wkta 

2. 3   WKTA-Judge must be

in Charge by the wkta 

2. 4  WKTA-Judge has to be a regular

Trainer, Score-Judge or Tournament-Judge 

or equivalent a Tournament-experienced-Challenger or Judge of  a global

World Championchips Association Inc.

Trainer, Score-Judge or Tournament-Judge 

or equivalent a Tournament-experienced-Challenger or Judge of  the WKTA

2. 6  WKTA-Judge has to be a regular

Trainer, Score-Judge or Tournament-Judge 

or equivalent a Tournament-experienced-Challenger with official Medals and Rankings

in Katana-Sports or as a Substitute an

equivalent  Tournament-experienced-Challenger or Judge with either Knowledge in Shooting-Safety or Martial-Arts-Safety

2. 7. Any Kind of Judge has to know

all Changes in the WKTA-Rules  on Tournament-Day

3. 1 Every Competitor has to wear a sign

of Identification, or his Namesticker

3. 2  Functional Katana  or Shirasaya (Wakizhashi not permittet)

3. 3 To have Knowledge is necessary for the Challenger

3. 4 The Challenger should have a  Private Insurance

3. 5  The Competitor has to owe Membership and Registration  

3. 6  The  Competitor has to owe a Reservation 

3. 7 Seniors have to be already 55 Jears or older,

to take part in the Senior Championchips

Seniors have the Right to choose their

Agegroup.

4. 1 Every Competitor has to obay any Command

of any Judge that is in Charge or present,

at once, because of the Reasons of  Safety

4. 2 To let out one Part of the Triathlon Round, in any of the Challenges,  and cut the Time-Rope earlier or at first,  means a Double Foul, that is punished with 0 Point for that whole Round

4. 3 On the Way to the Tournament, the Challenger

has to take care, that his Katana or Shirasaya

is well packed in a  bag that can be closed and opened with a  Key or by Number.

4. 4 Only after given Safety by the Judge,

Katanas may be drawed, to make the Indoor or Outdoor Location more safe.

4. 5 The Triathlon can be done Indoor or Outdoor

4. 6 There will always be a Sword Control bevore the

Challenge starts

4. 7 It is not allowed to start with a Sword

that has not been  controled

5. 1 The WKTA can determine Doping Controls

Up to now there has never been a reason  for

Doping Controls, because of the Martial Arts

Experts Healt  Fittness and Discipline 

6. 1  The Championchips - Winners are honored

by the WKTA with Medals or Pokals and

Zertificates

6. 2 Late Starters are willing to accept, that their Medals and Zertifikates will come late,  -Days after the Tournament

7. 1 The Winner ´s Titles for 2015, called

WKTA  Katana Triathlon  Champion of the World

WKTA  Fast Katana  Champion of the World

WKTA   High Performance Katana  Champion of the World

WKTA   Matchplay  Katana Champion of the World

7. 3  For the reason of Anti-Discrimination, Seniors have the Right to choose their agegroup

bevor the Tournament  starts.

7. 4 Competitors don´t have to be 18 Jears or older

at the day of the Tournament. Since 2014 there is no Age-Limitation.

7. 5 In certan Cases, the WKTA may ask for a

Parental Permission

7. 6 In Case, that 7. 4 is activated, the WKTA

will rise   3  Junior World Championchip

Ranking among Towel/Paper/Bamboo/(Time)-Rope

11. 3 Some general Petitions came up, concerning

Straw-Cutting, to have all sorts of Competition together. If Straw is cut, is has to stay in Form,

even it is cut, to demonstrate a fast vertical Cut.

And in  our  first Katana Triathlon Types,

according to Dr. Voss,  there

have been:

Towel/Paper/Tameshigiri and Straw/Time-Rope

12. 1  Changes will be realized in 2015,  concerning the Time-Clock and the Scoring-System. WKTA

changed the Timer-Systen for the reason of

Safety

Change: In the Fast Katana Round the

Time is terminated automatically, so that the Competitor don´t have to  touch any Button

The Time is limited  by a shorter Way

of the Time-Weight. The cut Rope leads to the next Round.

Change: The Scoring-System will give more

Points (13)

No Change:

 From the 6 possible Rankings, The WKTA only found 2,  that will lead to Safety. The Towel has to be cut first, because a turning of the Swords Blade

in the middle of the Round is unsafe because

of the Timerun. First turning the Blade slowly bevore the Round  begins, is the most secure way to do the Triathlon.

These Rankings could be:

Towel/Paper/Tameshigiri/(Time)-Rope

(most safe and fast and fluend)

Towel/Tameshigiri/Paper/Rope

(most safe but not fluend. And because of the

Blade´s Turning bevore. There is a better Grip

and Position after the Papercut)

12. 2 No Change:

Only on Towel, Paper there

can be put Marks on, to measure exact Cuts.

The Straw cannot be handled exact enough

to be equal for all Competitors.  The Standing and a few Millimeters Derivation in Thickness,

makes the Straw-Cutting impossible to be judged.

No Marks on Tameshigiri either.

13. 1 The Challengers should wear an Outfit that

is belonging to his Martial Arts Sports or his Style

or appear in whole White

14. 1. The Challengers are willing to accept to be

published with their Pictures, Photographies,

Reports, Achievements, Scores, and everything

that is concerned with the Katana Triathlon Sports

15. 1. Trainee License. To get a Trainees´ License,

You have to do the Katana Lesson (see Text in Home, Page 1). Or  as a Substitute You had taken Part in a WKTA World Championship and

had also done the Tasks of all Judges (what automaticaly  had happen in a Tournament).
